			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My ISP has screwed up my DSL account, as they terminated it by accident.  It will be awhile before I can get my DSL back on-line.  They say I should have it back on Wednesday the earliest, but who knows whether they can deliver on that promise&#8230;</p>
<p>Meanwhile I am without broadband.  Luckily I live a few minutes away from a public library that provides a free public WiFi, but the bandwidth is very limited (I&#8217;m writing this blog entry from that library right now).  If you have sent me an email etc, my reply will be somewhat slow.  Please bear with me.  Thanks.</p>
